1. Eligibility for Returns:

b. Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
c. Returns are not accepted for personalized or custom-made items.
d. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
2. Return Process:
a. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@laidmark.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the items you wish to return.
b. Our customer support team will provide you with instructions on how to return the items and the return shipping address.
c. Ensure that the items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
3. Return Shipping:
a. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
b. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the items.
c. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Inspection and Refund:
a. Once we receive the returned items, our team will inspect them for compliance with our return policy.
b. If the items meet the return criteria, we will process the refund to the original payment method.

b. Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
6. Damaged or Defective Items:
a. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@laidmark.com with photos of the damaged or defective product.
b. We will provide instructions for returning the item and offer a replacement or a refund, including return shipping costs.
7. Non-Returnable Items:
a. Certain items are non-returnable, including gift cards and downloadable software.
b. Returns are not accepted for personalized or custom-made items, Some health and personal care items, Book, CD, DVD, video game. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
c. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
d. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
8. Cancellations:
